The Forum (message board, discussion board, bulletin board) is a public and interactive ‘meeting place’ where you can hold discussions online - with questions and answers, transfer messages and post information.

You can access the Forum direct under http://www.pacificdisaster.net/forum/forums/list.page .

For more information about Web forums in general please click here.

You can go through the Forum and read on ‘Recent Topics’ or ‘Hot Topics’ posted by Forum members without logging in.

 

PDN forum

 

Forum - Register

 

You have to be a registered and logged in user of the Forum if you want to contribute and post information as well. This is separate from your user registration for PDN.

You can register with your same login as in PDN or you can have a different one.

You will be asked to confirm the common Forum Registration Agreement Terms

Provide a Username, Email address and Password.

Profile

 

In your Profile you can provide more information about your self and you can set Preferences i.e. to get email notifications when somebody replies to your Forum posts and much more.

Once you are a logged in user you can contribute in discussions and posts and you can start new topics.

 

Search

 

You can search in the forum.

Before starting a new topic maybe search the forum first to see if your topic is already somewhere discussed or mentioned.

You can list recent topics.

You can read in topics, follow discussions and contribute.

Click on ‘Member Listing’ to see a list of Forum members.

Don’t post your topic or question in more than category.
