Calendar - Display and Options
Calendar information is displayed in the relevant tab as listing
with the current relevant Calendar entries as first entries at the top
of the list.
If you click an entry in the list the Calendar information will be displayed.
Calendar - Button - 'Export as PDF'
If you click the button ‘Export As PDF’ the Calendar information
will be displayed in PDF format and providing all functionalities for
this format like Print, Save, Navigation, Search etc.
Calendar - Button - 'Create New' and 'Edit'
If you’re not a registered or logged in user you won't be able
to add and upload Calendar information or to edit it - but you will see
the display below when you click the button ‘Create New’.

If you are a registered and logged in user (1) – with the
sufficient user level (Basic Administrator) - you are most invited to
add Calendar information and other content in PDN.
Please click
the button 'Create New' (2) or use the Actions tab (left) and click the
button 'Create New Calendar Entry' there (3).
To create a new Calendar information - please fill the relevant fields - and confirm with the button 'Create'.
The button and functionality 'Edit' is for the Administrator logged in
only - you will see the display below when you click the button.
Calendar - 'View All'
If you click the button ‘View All’ in the bottom of the Calendar
tab you get a listing of records displayed which you can narrow by
Filter.
You can sort and rearrange the information in the listing for your preferred and better overview.
Click with the left mouse in a column header to sort the entries ascending or descending and the results will be rearranged.
For more information about changing the initial order of the listing please see under Sort.
At the end of the list you will see the number of results (Documents)
currently displayed and the total number of documents. You can scroll
in this list and turn pages to see all Documents.
Calendar - Filter
You can filter relevant Calendar information by Field (from the general information) and relating Value (from the field entry).
Please click on the tiny arrow at the right end of the field and select from the drop down menu as you can see below.
To select the relating Value (from the field entry) - please click on the tiny arrow at the right end of the field and select from the drop down menu as you can see below.
If you click on the ‘Filter’ button a new listing will be displayed with your selected Alerts.
You can sort and rearrange the information in the listing for your preferred and better overview.
