IFRC & IOM
IFRC is global convener for the ESC during the emergency phase (3 months) for natural
disasters. IFRC will actively search for Lead agency ffor the early recvery phase.
Challenge: As both ESC and CCCM are sepreate Clusters on a global level, we need to
create appropriate working modalities. Experiences from Bangladesh and Myanmar are
a working group / sub-sector for CCCM with the Emergency Shelter Cluster.
