WHO 

-Welcome Remarks 
-Introduce each member of the health cluster team 

- Purpose of the meeting is to invite suggestions and input on 

Developing terms of references for health cluster in SAMOA. 
- Dr Roger presents a powerpoint presentation on TORs for 

Health Nutrition and Food Cluster 
- discussed the 2008 CHIPS for SAMOA and statistics for 

district affected. 

-suggests doing an assessment outside the field and draft 
questionnaires to be given out to each village affected in order 

to get information about the number of people and families 
affected.   

FAO 

- suggests having TORs for Nutrition Health Cluster 
- invite the government ministries and red cross in the next 

health cluster meeting in order to get information outside the 
field

MATTERS 

-need to find out if the ministry of health has done any 
assessment and survey on the areas affected. 
-agreed to have an assessment and survey on the areas
